Red Kite's Pace is a great product from the affordable British brand. They are renowned for their clean, well-designed products that are essential to parents. It's their latest and the most expensive addition to the bargain lightweight stroller line. Similar to the Ickle Bubba Aurora or Yoyo, it is car seat compatible so you can use it from the time of birth.

The new Pace features some stunning design features, including the rose gold hue to the chassis, hood and stroller trims, which make it stand out from its competition. The cream, grey, and tan fabrics used in the stroller as well as the car seat are super elegant and there is the option of adding an coordinating leather cover handle and bumper bar too.

It is suitable from birth up to a maximum weight of 22kg and the stroller seat can easily be converted from the carrycot to the 2-in-1 reversible mode. It can be parent-facing or world-facing. The stroller seat features multiple lie-back positions, softly padded legs rests and an extended sun canopy with zip-off sections that are concealed, a viewing see-through flap, and retractable visor.

They also come with a handy flap that opens or closes to let more air to enter if you need it, which is a nice addition. It's a little larger than some pushchairs but does not feel heavy or bulky when you're pushing it across bumpy surfaces.

The seat fabric can be washed by machine, and the faux leather frame and grips are easy to clean. It's also quieter than other pushchairs, and I was comfortable using it in busy city streets. Another benefit is that it incorporates accessory points, meaning you can put in footmuffs, parasols, changing bags and even a tray for snacks. The hood can be used to block out the elements of wind and rain, but it's not waterproof. The single pram is able to be fitted with the Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) which allows your child more legroom. It took around 20 minutes to set up the bassinet, and the same amount of time to transform it into the seat.
