The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a good option for those looking for a mid-priced mop and robot vacuum. It's got a fantastic mopping performance but lacks some of the features that are found in its more expensive sibling.

During tests it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. It does not use LIDAR, however, as other models do, to locate your home.

iRobot Roomba s9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the most highly-rated robots. It has impressive cleaning power and numerous features such as an automatic dirt bin built into its charging base. The robot will learn your habits of cleaning, and recommend automatic schedules to give you a truly hands-free cleaning experience.

It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automatic cleaning functions at the click of one button. You can choose a general clean which focuses on the elimination of larger debris such as rice and cereal. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your entire home is cleaned thoroughly.

This robot vacuum performs well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It can pick up pet hair and clean large items up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with plush or high-pile carpet, but iRobot promises it will improve with the next models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted D-shaped design, which will allow it to be able to swaddle walls and furniture. It's a step up from the hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are common, but we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims that the S9+ has an advanced filter system that prevents tiny dust particles and allergens from circulating in your home. We like the statement, but not enough to justify a higher price.

Its smart navigation system utilizes sensors to keep track of the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map your interior of your home. It can then clean your entire house efficiently by avoiding obstacles such as stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, as well as set up virtual boundary markers, so it knows to avoid areas that need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines vacuuming and mopping. Its vacuum settings are as effective as those found on higher-end models. And its mopping system is superior because its spinning pads scrub floors more efficiently than the vibrating pads.

The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and automatically transfers garbage into a bin hidden. It also washes, dries and refills the clean water tank. The app is good at alerting you when something needs attention, for example, the water tank being empty or a scheduled cleaning session having been canceled due to a full dust bin.

You can also create or combine actual rooms in order to customize the way that Q Revo handles your home. This is an excellent feature for those who have multiple areas of your home with different flooring materials or if there's a lot of clutter that needs to be cleared out frequently, like clothes, toys, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, removing dirt from carpets and hardwoods on the first pass. It is able to even vacuum up wet spills however I would recommend cleaning them off using a clean cloth before bringing the robot mop best buy into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a top-quality best robot sweeper and mop vacuum and mop and more. It comes with an omni-rotating mop as well as a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. These features are nice however they can make the L10s more of a class of luxury. This could mean it's more expensive than what homeowners would need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's tall and slim, with a white finish accented with silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine has an enormous bumper that shields the vacuum cleaner and furniture as you move around your home. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, you'll find one button that basically acts as an on/off switch. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, and clicking it again will shut off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The circular menu located in the center of the control panel lets you to choose cleaning modes or schedules, as well as preferences.
