It takes around 60 seconds to brew a cup of Keurig K-Cup coffee in the K-Select. The brew temperature is approximately 192 degrees Fahrenheit. This is slightly below the National Coffee Association recommended brew temperatures, but it's still too hot for us. The K-Select also tends to scorch the coffee it makes, particularly when you're making a strong cup.
